Causes + Consequences of Global Inequality
Some people have to live in conditions where loads of diseases reside. This usually tends to be poor people.
As they are sick, they cannot do their work and earn money for their family.
Men are usually treated better than woman.
More jobs are given to men than women as women are seen as weak and men are seen as more strong.
They might listen to some people and ignore some people.
They might be biased.
They might take bribe from people and make the rich richer and the poor, poorer.
Some people will give bribe for their own gain.
The poor people might have to live near the canals and rivers where flooding most occurs and the rich people get to stay in the safe areas.
The poor people might not have enough money to live in safe areas and the dangerous areas are cheaper to live in so they probably use that option
Farmers would lose money as crops wouldn't grow.
The richer farmers can grow their crops where it would rain and shine but the poor farmers would have to farm their crops where it would only shine and not rain
If they don't have enough money, they won't be able to support their families.
Some people need to go to work but they cannot because there are no roads to get you there.
Some people need to get to places but they cannot because the roads and pathways are destroyed by conflict/war or by flooding from rain which makes the route for the people to get to impossible.
Lack of reliable energy supply
Poor people are often cut off from valuable information and efficient production technologies.
Not having reliable access to modern energy often means spending a lot of time, money and effort on securing energy supply for basic needs
