2007 - Estonia
In 2007, Estonia blamed the Russian authorities for various ongoing attacks that affected the media, banks and various government entities and institutions.
2008 - Georgia
In August of 2008 - war between Russia, South Ossetia, Georgia - there were cyber attacks on Georgia by Russia oriented towards government sites.
2003 - Taiwán
In 2003, Taiwan received a possible attack blaming the Chinese authorities. There is no evidence but it left without service infrastructure such as hospitals, the Stock Exchange and some traffic control systems.
2010 - Irán
At the end of September 2010, Iran also registered an attack on the centrifuges of the uranium enrichment program - an Iranian nuclear program. The Trojan, virus or infiltrated program was called Stuxnet.
