Build relationships with employers (keep a profile of jobs needed with Type of Place, Type of Environment, Job Roles, Job responsibilities for each role, Ideal Candidates)
spend time with employers getting to know what is important to them. Build trust, ask them what they think makes a good employee and add that to their Employer Profile. Use them for Mock Interviews and such when they have job openings.
