How many moons does your planet have?Describe any unique features found on your planet's moons. What are the names of your planet's moons? (If your planet has more than five moons, just name five.)
-
Psamathe and Neso have the largest orbits of any natural satellites discovered in the Solar system to date. They take 25 years to orbit Neptune at an average of 125 times the distance between Earth and the Moon.
Triton, Proteus, Nereid, Neoa and Sao

What does your planet look like? Describe its surface features, such as volcanoes, craters or canyons. Does your planet have rings? Describe the rings.
It's made of a thick soup of water, ammonia, and methane over an Earth-sized solid center.
Saturn, Neptune and Uranus are gas planets and have no solid surface. Therefore, they do not have volcanoes. Some of their moons may have ice volcanoes.
Yes Neptune has several faint rings around it. There are three main rings which are very thin and dark. The rings are made up of small rocks and dust. Neptune's rings are not the same thickness all around.

What probes have been sent or are planned to be sent to your planet? Include names of the missions, when they were sent or are planned to be sent. What information have they found out about your planet?
A large spacecraft carrying two probes and a lander would be sent out to investigate the ice planet orbiting in the far reaches of the Solar System some 2.8 billion miles from the Sun. Until now, the only spacecraft to visit Neptune was Voyager 2, which flew by the giant planet in 1989

Compare the gravity of your planet with Earth's gravity. What percent of Earth's gravity does your planet have? If an object weighs 100kg on Earth, how much would it weigh on your planet?
The surface gravity on Neptune (if it actually had a surface that you could stand on) is only 14% stronger than the pull of gravity on Earth. You would have a difficult time noticing if you were standing on the surface of Neptune compared to the surface of Earth

Average distance from the sun in kilometres, and astronomical units define what an astronomical unit is?
Average distance from the sun in kilometres, and astronomical units define what an astronomical unit is?Neptune is 4.495 billion km form the sun
List the most common elements present and their physical state (solid, liquid or gas)
Neptune's atmosphere, interior, exploration, moons and rings. Neptune's atmosphere is made from about 80% hydrogen and 19% helium. It also contains a small amount water and methane, which give rise to the green-bluish colour.
Temperature range, high and low (Fahrenheit and Celsius) Neptune is minus 200 degrees Celsius and minus 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Based on what you have learned, do you think life could exist on your planet? Think about what conditions a living organism would have to? adapt to in order to survive on your planet when answering your question. Remember, life doesn't necessarily mean life as we know it on Earth i think that there is life on Neptune, their could be some weird glowing animals or some creepy and odd animals
