accountability becomes

this process.

to perform
duty or

task assigned
to him.

accountability

4. Establishment of Control System
Responsibility of
superior absolute.
Even superior
assigns some
duty
to subordinates,
grant requisite
authority still
accountability lies
with superior
himself.

to monitor progress
made by subordinates,

corrective action
