What went well?
Gin and Shin helped a lot with tracker integration tests

Support tasks got resolved more quickly than previously
Team is becoming more active in grooming sessions
What actions are needed?
Add a card for sanitizing private data of publishers and merchants in the production data sync job
Unify code formatting settings in the legacy codebase to Shin's settings
We should add local testing result to the PR as a comment and the original Zube card too
PJM shall discuss with PDM about support tasks / sales staff education
Author of PR should be more proactive in finishing their task within the sprint, ask for help when they feel they're running out of time
If AC of a card is too long, we should separate it during the grooming session
If the testing of a task is more difficult than expected, ask the PM and PL to re-estimate the task
What needs improvement?
Production bug found in publisher registration
Low-quality tickets coming in in FreshDesk, need to ask for additional info
Lots of support requests coming in, although sales staff could solve several of them by themselves
Some PRs still take long from getting created to getting merged
A card contained a lot of AC points, testing it was difficult
