"Our warrior training teaches us that, for us to awaken, all parts of ourselves must be integrated, functioning and working in harmony with one another. We must nos focus on just one part, whether it is the mind or the soul. Often when playing monopoly we focus only on developing the mind and the subconsciouss, neglecting the other parts, and likewise when discovering the cosmic game we attempt to attain soul consciousness by ignoring the other parts, and this is a mistake. When we focus on our soul exclusively or prematurely, what we are really doing is fleeing life's challenges and heartaches, seeing this as a quick way out of our problems. This is spiritual immaturity, for we must integrate all parts equally. Until we have integrated all parts of ourselves and established harmony in the kingdom of self we will not get far in the spiritual worlds, for the dark shadows unattended will drag us back and caus us havoc. Until we have done our work, trained our mind, awakened body wisdom and have a partnership with our subconscious, the soul will prove elusive. Metaphorically speaking, before enlightenment, do the laundry, clean the house and learn to make a decent omelet. Awakening the soul is never fleeing life, but rather participating in life more fully."
