Really a story about how if we all change ourselves to look like the same beauty ideals, there will be no diversity, we will all end up looking the same.
Surgeon scared about operating

patient is someone important to surgeon/important to someone in surgeon's life
Could be a school teacher of surgeon's son/daughter that has really helped the child
Surgeon feels that if they kill/fail to operate on the teacher, they will ruin their child
Surgeon is really just worried about failing as a parent because they are working so hard to support their child that they feel they are not close with their child and will not know how to comfort them. This isn't material happiness, this teacher is helping their child with emotions and becoming happier, instead of the parent buying things the child wants.
Someone pulls the surgeon out of the room and begins talking to them.
