INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP
i. Thankful for all the good knowledge and skills we aquire
ii. Man & His beings:
Muhasabah/ self-assesment
• Physical and biological nature
• Freedom to choose
• Live to the fullest
• Newborn baby is in fitrah
Khalifah on earth and servant of God
• Man is Allah’s khalifah
• Prophet Adam is the 1st khalifah
• Human should submit to Allah only
• Can’t think that we are free to do anything we want
• Temporary life
Man and His choice
• Allah gave continuous revelations and guidance
• We should differentiate and discover embedded knowledge
• One may choose to follow the right path and do good deeds recompensed inn the world and next.
• If choose that opposite live a corrupted life, hell in lifeafter

• Iman (Faith) – mukmin and article of faith
• Islam (Submission to the will of Allah) – muslim pillars of Islam

• Belief in God
• Belief in Angels
• Belief in God’s Revealed Books
• Belief in the messenger of God
• Belief in the Day of Judgement
• Belief in pre- destination
Ihsan
• Perfection and excellence
• One of the basic principles of Islam, final revel of faith for muslim to attain success.
iv. INTERPERSONAL COMPETENCE
Fitrah Communication
• Fundamental stems of human development in its purest form
Ilahiyah (develop spiritual quotient)
Insaniyah (love for other human)
Alamiyah (achieved competence)
v. DIMENSIONS OF MAN
• Al-aql: sense, reason, understand and intelligence
• Ar-ruh: soul/ spirit
• Al-nafs: an individual, soul
• Al-qabl: heart
• Fitrah: the nature of things (humans and animals)
vi. INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP AND PROFESIONALISM
Categories of human relation
• Arise within a family
Ex: birth of a person interactions between husband and wife, siblings and parents
