Children
Children depending on there age will need different regulations about the product. for example a baby would need much stricter regulations on the product as they are less developed and therefore may not release when not to do something to the product, where as someone who is from the age 10-13 may understand what not to do to the product and what may be dangerous for example eat it!
Teenagers
Teenagers want a product that is trendy and is helpful and do not have as stricter regulations as children as they are usually more mature. They also have a lot of
Adults
An adult has more specific ideas about what they want to buy as they are more experienced and have stronger insite on how a house works.
People with disabilities
People with disabilities would have to make sure that there product is very safe and simple and has no safety hazards at all.
Old people
Old people would need a product which is happy colourful and very easy to use, there product must also be interesting and keep them occupied.
Pets
Pets such as dogs and cats must have a very durable and tough product that will not break and if broken does not cause harm if swallowed. It must also keep them occupied and entertained for long periods of time and be comfortable.
Types of products
Sofa
A sofa is a place where most people like to sit and relax in front of the television or a fire. The sofa must be comfortable and help relax a person, it must also look very aesthetically pleasing because why would someone buy it if looks unattractive and does not make the buyer feel happy about there purchase.
Bed
A bed is a very important product to all people as it is a place where people spend most of there time at home and is were they relax. These reasons are why when someone is considering buying a bed they have to think of how comfortable it is, for example whether it will be comfortable for there back. They also care about how aesthetically pleasing it is to them because why would someone buy a bed that is not nice looking.
Cutlery
When buying cutlery it has got quite broad requirements which means not many people care about the looks, and care more about the ergonomics and the actually quality of how well the type of cutlery can do its job.

Stairs
Stairs are a very important part of any house or building because they are constantly being used and seen. Any product which will be used on stairs must be light in case of it falling so it does not cause and damage to a person or animal. The product must also be tough and must be colourful and positive and create a nice atmosphere
Kitchen
The kitchen is a very important part of the house. It is where most people enjoy there food and talk to others over a cup of tea or a nice meal. But a kitchen can be very dangerous as it does have many hazards and dangers such as the electricity that runs most products in the kitchen which are used for cooking. So if you were to have a product in a kitchen it must not conduct electricity, a good material for this wood be chipboard which is cheap and lightweight.
Bathroom
A Bathroom is a place which will need all products to be waterproof to prevent any internal damage to the product. All products with electrics inside must not be used in the Bathroom due to possible electrical shocks or fires. Product should not absorb any heat or have any spiky edges, and must be trendy and make the costumer feel comfortable.
Garden
A garden is a place which will usually require pieces of cheap and light weight furniture, this is so that the customer is able to move the pieces of furniture at any point without having any trouble. When uses a product in the garden it should be waterproof to increase its quality and insure that it does not absorb any liquids which could later on lead to bad damage to the product which could cause the product to be chucked in the bin.
