Prepare classroom for students
Hang a sign on or near the door with illustrated instructions for what to do upon arrival
Place name cards on the tables, so students can find their seats
Post consequences chart next to rules chart
Place sign indicating today's specialist on the wall outside the door
Place morning work on each students desk
Greet each student at the door
Say good morning to everyone
