In the ava ceremony there is someone that does the loku before the ceremony begins.
There is one person from each place that represents their home, they thank the hosts and they thank the guests.
There is a girl at the Ava bowl that mixes the water and cleans the bowl
There is a boy that collects sticks from all the chiefs and he gives the kava cup to the chiefs so that they can share a speech.
There is someone behind the girl mixing the bowl, He dries the thing that the girl is mixing the water with.
Whats going on?
At the end each group gives presents to each other.
Before the gifts are given then there are performances from each group
At the Ava Ceremony there are usually a lot of speeches.
The chiefs share their thoughts on the welcoming or farewell.
