Retention of information learnt, need more opportunity to consolidate
Limited opportunity to explore and apply concepts in practice in current job role, need to consider secondment or move to another Civil Service Department to fully feel benefit of Apprenticeship
Ambiguity regarding future career path still exists, undecided which route to pursue so as to make best use of learning
Need to identify additional mentors to assist with professional development
Inconsistency in line managers -
3rd person since starting programme
