Dominant R wave in V2 (= q wave)
Reciprocal change: Anterior leads (ST depression anteriorly = ST elevation posteriorly) :arrow_right: use posterior leads V8-10
May be: horizontal ST depression V1-V3
RV Infarct: (40% on inferior infarcts)
Inferior changes + ST elevation in V1
May be: ST depression in V2
