Peter Kropotkin
Kropotkin was highly against the social darwinist ideas of his time, which were used to justify colonialism and inequality among classes.
In his book "Mutual Aid" he demonstrated that animals that work together towards a common objective had better chances of survival than individualist ones.
According to him, capitalist society alienates its citizens into thinking they are completely independent in order to make them easier to manipulate.
Capitalism knows that humans have to work together in order to accomplish anything, so it uses the constant threat of misery in order to force them to sustain itself and maintain its unfair society.
However, such method only work towards goals that will provide profit to the upper classes, instead of those which will benefit the entirety of society.
