Level 2 : Learning
The extent to which principles, facts and techniques are understood and retained in memory by the employee.
Level 3: Behaviour
It refers to the changes in job-related behaviours or performance that can be attributed to training.
Level 4: Organisational Results
The extent to which tangible outcomes that can be attributed to training are realised by the organisation. Includes enhanced productivity, lower costs and higher product or service quality.
