It's just a scam. marketers of high protein products use it to sell their prod. they wanted you to believe you'd die if you didn't use their product

Fact: protein is the last thing you need. Body for energy hardly even touches protein. It first uses glucose from fruits, veg, sprouts then starch from carb foods and then fat. Only then does it go to protein

if you want to eat longer, eat less (retards aging process). Have last proper meal by 8. No snacking in between.

The main protein in cows milk is casein which our body doesn't exactly need. It's difficult to digest. These partially digested proteins enter our bloodstream causing allergy, clogging our system by sticking to everything in small intestine. (like mucus)
