Definitions
Lever - A rigid bone that turns about an axis to create movement. All levers contain a fulcrum, load and effort.
Fulcrum - The fixed point in which a lever turns or is supported. It can also be refereed to as the 'axis'.

Fulcrum - The point of movement, generally the centre of a joint.

Mechanical Advantages
Mechanical Advantages: The benefit to a lever system is having either a short effort arm or a short resistance arm.
