You definitely got that one right! “absolutely” would work here, too, but not “exactly”. Instead you would say “You are exactly right about that one.
When you say “That answer is exactly right!” you mean the same, though.
My home is exactly three blocks from the theater.
This clearly tells your listener where to go. The others, not so clearly.

Perhaps the difference can be expressed this way:
“definitely” and “absolutely” are a confirmation, whereas “exactly” is clearly making a statement, not confirming one.
