        I've been in such a funk after watching the season finale of Game of Throne. I'm so sad about Jon Snow!
        
        So I've been watching a lot of uplifting TV shows.

        I watch Modern Family all the time. Every single episode cracks me up every time! It's hilarious!

        Modern Family also has an incredible cast. Claire and Phil are such a funny couple.
  - - - Justin Bieber's new songs are topping the charts! Everybody loves his new singles.
        
        So many people are becoming Beliebers! Even some of my guy friends who hated Bieber before are listening to him now!
        
        His songs are so fun to dance to, and you can tell that he really writes from the heart. The lyrics are also so good!
- - - - I like this shirt, but I think it need to go one size up. It's a little bit too tight. What do you think?

        The number one thing you need to be focusing on is clean eating. There is a new saying: "Abs are made in the kitchen!" And it's so true!
    - - OK. No more fast food, or chocolate. Or soda. This sounds kind of hard! What else should I do to work on my fitness?
        
        We can work together to find out a workout plan. Something that combines cardio and weight training.
    - - I think the mots important things you can do is set goals and stick to them.
  - - - So I hear you're a runner? Ryan says you are training for a half marathon!
        
        That's right! I'm a huge runner! I'm running a half marathon in Central Park in a couple of weeks. I'm a little nervous!

        A half marathon is 13.1 miles, right? I can't believe you can run that far! I would die!
        
        I REALLY enjoy running, it's a great way to get in shape, and it helps em to clear my head after a really stressful day.

        I'd rather not to go outside in the sweltering heat. It's unbearably hot outside, and I hate sweating!

        Fine!? In the suffocating humidity? We will have to shower at least 3 times today because of the horrible weather.
