◾the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)’s definition of vulnerability and whether it can be practically applied by financial services providers;

FCA published its "Financial lives" survey which looked into the levels of financial exclusion in the uk
48 per cent of UK adults living in rural areas are 75 or over, have health issues that affect their day-to-day activities a lot, and/or do not use the internet at least most days.

Obviously a difficult thing to predict but it is worth understanding the general issues of this subject. With an aging population and more money concentrating into this demographic the funding of medical research in this area and by extension advances in treatment and diagnoses will naturally increase.
