The Anatomy Method
Phase 1: Spine

This phase is for outlining the main story line and establishing a beginning, middle and end point for the story.
Phase 2: Skeleton

This phase is for beefing up the main outline while adding in sub plot outlines and their places of introduction and progression in concurrence to the main story.
Phase 3: Nervous

This phase is for making connections between the subplots and the main story while also strengthening the entire of the outline with further details and actual chapters.

Phase 5: Skin
This phase consists of revision to polish off the details of the "meat" added in Phase 4 and conceal all of the seams of the entire story.
