I want to work in adoption. My goal is to help parents adopt children who need homes. How can I help the children in this process to make it easier for them?

God is a worker. Our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have shown us by Their examples and teachings that work is important in heaven and on earth.
Just like my Heavenly Father, my earthly father is a worker. He has taught me the importance of hard work. I am grateful for that and for the many experiences I have that has taught me.
Moses 1:39, "This is my work and my glory--to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man."
Work is a Blessing

By work, we not only obey the commandment of God, but also enable ourselves to participate in God's saving grace.
It is important to start early in life to teach your children that they should do their part in the work of a family. We all share in the work.
Heavenly Father is mindful of families. He will give you the strength to carry on. He will always bless us if we ask Him in faith.

Education is valuable. Women, follow the prophet's counsel and get as much education as you can.

Family identity is built moment by moment amidst the talking and teasing, the singing and storytelling, and even the quarreling and anguish that may attend such work sessions.
God gave us family work as a link to one another, as a link to Him, as a stepping stone toward salvation that is always available and that has the power to transform us spiritually as we transform others physically.
