HABITS (incorporate one for two weeks straight before starting another one while still keeping the first habit intact.)
Morning: Starting my day with ACTION rather than reaction
Night
Meditation and deep breathing for 10-15 mins. in Headspace
Journaling: write down 3 events or persons I'm grateful for each morning. Think about how fortunate I actually am, appreciate the small things in life.
Visualization: Sit down and think of myself accomplishing what I want to do, the goals I have deep within me. Imagine myself succeeding and accomplishing those goals.
Do something physical: A morning walk while calling a friend or just enjoying nature's sounds.
15-30 mins. of reading something within my interests (my passion--teaching/education)
Set off 15 mins. to think and plan my day and what I want to accomplish in the near future. Finish by writing up my 3 most important tasks to do that day on 3 post-it notes. !Don't make them too big, should be realistic to get them done by the end of the day
Journal: What was I struggling the most within the spent day and what are my action steps for fixing that, starting off tomorrow morning?
Recite something positive when falling asleep, like: I am strong and powerful, loving, harmonious and happy.

Hygiene
NAIL care: Clean under my finger and toenails daily during and after showering; cut fingernails every week; cut toenails every month.
UNDERARM care: (For whitening) Scrub baking soda and water paste in underarms, wash off and pat the area thoroughly then apply light dusting of equal parts baking soda and cornstarch to neutralize body odor. OR 2-3 times daily, massage underarms with coconut oil, leave for 10-15 mins. then wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. (For shaving) Wet, apply coconut oil. pull taut, shave upwards twice, and shave downwards once!
LYMPHATIC drainage:
Massage scalp, face, eyelids daily when showering.
Brush my eyelashes daily.
Dry brush once a month towards the direction of the heart.
DARK CIRCLES? Daily for a week, dab a little coconut oil on the skin near the eyes, massage the area in a circular motion (first clockwise then counterclock), leave it on overnight and rinse off with lukewarm water in the morning.
NAP tricks: Use sleepmask, 10=20 mins for energy and alertness or 1 hr to consolidate new info.
