Definition
proposal of training programmes that an organisation intends to implement over the next 12 months
Purpose
to guide other departments on the schedule of training and development programmes
to serve as a guide to HRD on calls to action

Main Categories of Training
Technical and Non-Technical
Technical
process of teaching employees how to more accurately and thoroughly perform the technical components of their jobs.
Non-Technical
a training that focuses on personal, interpersonal, team building and leadership skills
Managerial
Team Training
to develop cohesiveness amongst team members, allowing them to get to know each other
Managerial Training
