Propose informally to like minded (ideas, convictions, programmes, priorities) European candidates/coalitions/parties to join such initiative
CONTACTS IN OTHER EU COUNTRIES - make them, talk to them, instigate interest, show courtesy, less Ego (espeacially CEE, SEE)
WHO is/Appoint an International Relations Councellor (IRC) ASAP

Ask Current Partners for parties & candidates in their countries with whom they have most simillar ideas
