- - - - Students will help each other. Collaboration is part of the process. It benefits both of the students involved.
      - Students will challenge each other. To help each other, modifying their speech to be more like the people to whom they are talking. Besides students will be become better speakers just by talking to others more advances than them, without help or pressure.
      - Students will talk (speaking and practicing the language)
      - Students will encourage each other. Lower level students see the accomplishments of higher level students.
      - Students will use the language creatively.
      - Students will develop cultural sensitivity, bearing in mind the diversity found within our classroom, with students from different countries.

    - - Stage two- Planning and preparation. This is the stage when the group should plan exactly what needs to be done, how it needs to be done, and who should do what.
      - Stage three- Implementation. Whilst the group carries out its tasks, we may need to preserve the group´s sense of purpose.
      - Stage One- Familiarisation. This is a stage when the individual members of the group get to know each other and begin to understand the task they need to undertake.
      - Stage four-Completion. The final stage of the project is often the most difficult and may require a different managment approach. It will be vital to ensure that we play attention to detail, tie up loose ends and review the whole product rather tan a part.
    - - The conflict between different group members.. This might arise for many different reasons including two people competing for leadership or simple disagreement about ways forward.
      - Tackling inappropriate tasks as a whole group. Groups are notoriously bad environments for carrying out such as writing first drafts of documents or carrying out detailed searches.
      - Unfair division or take-up of labour between different group members. This can lead to resentment is someone feels they are doing all the hard work or if the group thinks that one or more members are not doing their fair share.
