Personal Paragraph
In my experience I love working in small groups because it allows me to work better and more efficiently with my peers who with the help of collaboration will provide thoughtful input into out discussion. This then creates a team like synergy that I personally am a big fan of, because it allows me and my peers to form a friendship and team bondage around whatever topic or thing that is being discussed. When working in groups I personally employ all three of the leadership styles in when working in small groups, but if I had to chose one, I would go with the democratic leadership style.
