First aid
basic principals

use all senses
listen for sounds; screams, call for help, tires screeching, glass breaking, changes in the sounds of a machine.
look for unusual sights; empty medicine bottle, person laying motionless, blood, chemicals spilled.

watch for unusual behaviors; difficulty breathing, clutching at chest or throat, abnormal skin color, drowsiness, excessive sweating.

CPR
if you are alone, shout help and call 911 immediately before providing care
