- - - - Owning a single devices limits students to fully experience the full functions of a computer has to offer (Moore, Vitale, & Stawinoga, 2019).
        
        If software, connectivity, and devices are now available more than ever, students and teachers need to be collaborating, creating and problem-solving (Reich, 2019).
- - - - When Latino, Black, and poor students have access to technology/ Internet, only used it for entertainment purposes and were frowned upon. (Tichavakunda & Tierney, 2018)
      - White and Asians who did the same were praised (Tichavakunda & Tierney, 2018).
      - The digital divide creates homework and literacy gap.
      - Homework gap:Students do not have access at home to complete assignments that require the internet. If they do have access to the internet to complete assignments, its through a single device. Data plan may not allow for good signal. (Reich, 2019).
      - Students who had a parent with a college degree were able to help their child navigate technology tool much easier (Reich, 2019)
