Should students fail a grade in school when they fail all of their core subjects?
Students should not pass a grade if they failed all their core subjects because that is not helping their future, they have not shown that they understand the criteria, and if we do not teach kids what to do if they fail, they will not be successful.
The core subjects are L.A., Science, Social Studies, and Math
Non - core subjects are drama, art, band, gym, bible, health, etc...
Core subjects are necessary for your future
Moving to the next grade
As long as you know the criteria for where you are, you'll start to learn the criteria for where you're going
How to deal with it
You will fail but you need to learn to keep going
Resume = L.A.
Engineer = Math
Doctor = Science
The point of school is to give kids a future, is it not? The core subjects are what prepares them for the future which means if they can not pass it, school is not serving their purpose.
“Education is the key to unlocking the world, a passport to freedom.” – Oprah Winfrey
Children are the future, but they need education to have one.
Understanding criteria is one step in the future to the next grade, dealing with failure is another step, and knowing your core subjects is a big step in being successful. These steps will be a jump in the big picture of life.
