Before the lesson
mini bagel with avocado and an egg
avoid spicy, high fiber, high fat food
high quality carbohydrates, protein and low in fat
don´t skip breakfast
water- at least 20 oz
wake up at 8:30 am
eat at 9:30 am
timing of meals
eat breakfast at 9:30 am
eat lunch at 1:30 pm
after the lesson
water!!- at least 24 oz
soup and 1/2 sandwich
apple or some sort of fruit
make sure to get protein
how much should an athlete eat?
about 400 calories a few hours before
it varies between people!
avoid spicy, high fat foods
eat a good source of protein for dinner- salmon
do not skip any meals!
eat a well balanced dinner with high quality carbohydrates and drink more water!
