When you stretch before playing then you are using flexibility and when you do different stretches you improve your flexibility

It improves your mood because when your playing a sport you always have to be positive. If your not then you have a higher chance of not playing your best. Also if you win then you'll definitely be in a better mood because who doesn't like winning

If you get them interested early at a young age they will stick with it as they get older but if they start when there older they will have no reason to do it

When you learn from your mistake you usually learn something new and feel like you accomplished something and having fun while doing it
When parents are engaged with the sport they encourage there kid and makes them feel supported so they can do new things without feeling embarrassed.
Career idea
If you are really good that you think you should play for pro then you should. If that's what you want to be in life then you strive to be it. But make sure your grades don't get to low because you can't play. So in other words don't get to caught up in sports to much.

Injuries
Injuries are natural. You can get injury anywhere so it's not just sports. Also if you get an injury it does hurt but after the fact you can look back on it as an accomplishment kind of.
Bad grades in school
Sports make you concentrate and do better so if they aren't doing well they probably aren't trying because of something else
Always competitive
If they are competitive outside of sports that is good because it usually means they want to be better then someone else and strives to be the best so say it was with grades they want to get an A to better then someone else.
Stress
It usually relieves stress but if it's causing stress because your pressured to do your best you shouldn't think about that and just try as hard as you can so you don't get stressed
