women should not be aloud to play in mens leages because it is to intense, it affects team chemistry and women are built for a difrent type of phisicality

girls are smaller than guys so they will get injured easliy
if girls are smaller than hits will always be going to the head and head shots are not aloud
Women are on the avarage smaller then men and are built physically diferent then women
the phisicality would be out in gernral because it would turn into a unisex sport
Team chemistry
I think that it would not be the same because you can never have boys time with the full team because if you want the full team you need to have the girls
the girls couold not change in the same dressing rooms before the game and that is a disadvantige because it is important to talk about the game
after the game the girls could not be in the dressing room to talk about the game and what happend
Guys and girls would maybe feel diffrent playing together then they would with their own genders
Intensity
Playoff games would not be the same because hitting is out
their would not be much rival because it would be calmer
girls are not ushally loud and get into scrums and guys like to do that
Guys would not be able to pick on the girls because that is not usally right

Hockey is know for it's phisicality and you can't change it
teams would not be as good because the team chemistry is not as formed as other teams with only males or only females
conclusion
The game would be much diffrent with adding females into the game. The phisicality would go right down, Chemistry would not be the same. It would be a whole diffrent game.
