Use medication for the prescribed time even if symptoms improve and report to the physician skin reaction suggestive of irritation or sensitization
Notify physician if full course of therapy do not result in improvement, diagnosis should be re-evaluated

Appear to exert its antifungal and antibacterial by altering cellular membranes and interfering with intracellular enzymes
Route of administration
Sufficient econazole nitrate cream should be applied to cover the affected areas in patients with tinea pedis, tinea cruris , tinea corporis and tinea versicolor
