MECHANISM OF ACTION: Anti-hepatitis B agents inhibit reverse transcriptase in hepatitis B virus and cause DNA chain termination, leading to blocked viral replication and decreased viral load
NDICATIONS: Treatment for adults patient with chronic hepatitis B who have evidence of active viralreplication and either evidence of persistent elevations in serum aminotransferase or histologically active diseases.
SIDE EFFECTS: Dizziness, nausea diarrhea, renal impairment, lactic acidosis.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: known allergy to drugs, to prevent hypersensitivity reactions. lactatipn to prevet potential toxicity to the infant. renal impairment because of it toxicity.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Room temperature, away from sunlight,out of reach of children
