SEGMENTATION = ability to seperate word sounds.

Teaching:
Print cards with letters :A: :B:. Matching sounds :sound: with letters. Give them the letter cards to play with and create words.
Teach rhyming= explain what rhyming is, give examples of rhyming sat,mat,hat etc. Give them few ryhming wordsto learn every few days.
