- - - - There is resistance to Blended Learning within the military. However we are showing the cost savings. By having training done before they arrive in the class, we can shorten the class time and save a significant amount of money and time. While the rank and file may resist this, officers will make it an order and we anticipate over time, we will see much more in blended learning in our courses.

  - - - We have a standard that military adhere to sometimes. It's called CFITES. Most training sites don't always adhere to it. We are slowly implementing the CFITES standard to all the training in our department.
