Ideas for the 2020 Strategy...
Relationship with Co-workers
Drink wine together
Personality test (like Myers Briggs for example) that give insights to preferred ways of working. I once did an exercise where we took these outputs and each translated them into a picture collage, explaining yourself. This is a great way to understand people's preferred ways of working and to understand who is similar when looking at similarities.
Always be kind first

Listening is absolutely key; both in what you need to deliver in communicating externally, and also in what you do for Empanda's internally

Focus on accessibility, ease of use and data friendly development
Send updates or newsflashes to Empanda's as an update
Make sure products are sequenced and prioritised
Making sure it stays interesting and relevant
Easy to access anywhere in the world & via phone
Be more collaborative, have a day where a group of specialists brainstorm and create content together
Sustainability & Transformation
Make sure that the Empanda brand carries through
Have a voice & use it
Use the contacts to network into correct people for Real World Inspiration
Actively communicate our sustainability initiatives and share them with our networks

Network more deeply into our current associates, staff and databases for known talent.
Continue to build and maintain relationships on the ground at clients / more visibility
Invest in a wider range of clients than just Shoprite
Develop exciting profiles of successful projects, perhaps video's, etc. as part of the material we share online and with clients?
