Mechanism of action.
Causes degenerative alterations in the intestinal cells of the worm by binding to the colchicine sensitive site of B- tubulin.
Inhibit the polymerization of tubulin and microtubule dependent uptake of glucose by binding free B-tubulin.

Mechanism of action.
Its inhibit the uptake of glucose and other low-molecular weight nutrients in susceptible helminths.
