        Delayed AVN conduction, thus prolonged PR
        No tx needed (asymptomatic)
      - Second degree
        
        Mobitz 1 (Wenkebach)
        Progressive polonged PR then dropped QRS,
        absent QRS, restarts
        
        Mobitz 2
        PR prolonged, QRS randomly dropped
        QRS may be wide; risk progression to complete block
        
        Advanced block (2:1/3:1)
        Only 1/2 or 1/3 atrial contractions
        is conducted to the ventricles
      - Third degree
        Complete block between atria and ventricles
        No association between P and QRS
        Spontaneous escape rhythms cause ventricles to contract
        If His/junctional, will have narrow QRS; if His/Perkinje,
        will be broad QRS
    - - Right BBB
        Right bundle branch no longer conducts
        Ventricles recieve impulses at different times; R recieves sequential spread from left so contracts slightly later
        RSR in V1, slurred S in V6 (MaRRoW)
        Caused by RVF, PE, IHD, congenital heart disease
      - Left BBB
        Left bundle branch no longer conducts
        Ventricles recieve impulses at different times; L recieves
        equential spread fromright so contracts slightly later
        slurred S in V1, RSR in V6 (WiLLiaM)
        Caused by LVF, IHD, AS
      - Fasicular block
        Left anterior fasicular block has LAD, right has RAD
        Narrow QRS seen, as conducted to ventricles OK
- - - - Anti-muscarinics
        Indication: narrow complex bradycardia
        E.g. atropine
        MOA: anti-muscarinc, inc conduction at AVN
      - Pacing
        Indication: broad-complex bradycardia
        MOA: pacing wires reconnect atria and ventricles
        to coordinate contractions
