The package includes sequential steps such as filling up the questionnaire to gather information about the candidate, Psychometric test, tel call for 1 hour duration,Homework on the work plan , follow up call to tweak the work plan strategy
The approach does bring a systematic approach and largely throws the onus of discovering the career option on the candidate themselves through their work plan template.The relatively high pricing is due the the segment they cater. The efficacy of the approach is anyone's guess but they do have some fantastic testimonials.
