Week 3, Funnels
-
-
Once they have joined your email list - keep sending out emails testing different hooks that takes them back to the sales page. Somewhere further down the line you will break even.
If you are launching a new funnel, e.g. a webinar then the same process applies
-
-
-
-
3 kinds of traffic: you own (list), control (ads), Random (no idea )
-
-
Product - what problem does it solve? Design product by knowing exactly who your avatar is and what their problems is - based the Epiphany bridge story on this. Start where they are and finish where they want to be. Examples doesn't have to be the same, but the same feelings . Hit each point! Tailor story for what's needed.
Funnels - sections, rows and columns and elements
-
People only care about themselves - when they are looking at every single part they are only thinking what's in it for me?Phrase everything around them and not you! Emphasise the benefits and meaning and not so much the feature!
Squeeze page needs to be simple!!! Headline, pic, email box. No Videos!
-
All parts of a funnel has a hook, story, offer - just in different ratios depending on the section
-
Sales page - keep to funnel template! Video is longer. Every part has a hook, story, offer - even the offers
-
-
-
Hot traffic - know about you and your product (less time) Warm traffic - Looking for solution but they don't know you (some time to convert). Cold traffic - They have a problem but might not know, or even know if there's a solution - most time and hardest!
Still have to sell if its free. The more expensive, the more committed the person is
-
By the time the customer has reached this point they have given email, read copy, paid - they want your product, solution and took action - immediately sell them something else!
Keep the loop open - wait order not done yeat, one more thing ! Video is shorter. More expensive but yes is easier
Scatch the inch!! Do not sell them the same thing! once they buy something in their mind that itch has been scratched - whats the next problem or logical step?
