Roosevelt gave the wealthy higher taxes

NRA (National Recovery Administration) and AAA (Agricultural Adjustment Act)
they believed NRA and AAA were unconstitutional
the Supreme Court said over half of Roosevelt's laws were unconstitutional
they said the president was using federal power on state levels, which was basically illegal
state governments can handle state problems but the federal government wasn't allowed to intervene
