blood culture negative, no evidence of endocarditis(echocardiogram), serologic testing ruled out
positive lyme disease

SLE
fever, malaise, rash(malar most common but maculopapular erruptions may occur), lymphadenopathy

RA

B cell Lymphomas
most present subacutely over weeks to months. diffuse rash uncommon. absence of diagnostic features on lymph-node-biopsy( RS cell of hodgkin's lymphoma).
