Dehydration: reduced skin turgour, dry mucous membranes,
cool peripheries, reduced CRT, sunken eyes, tachycardia, reduced UO, postural hypotension, confusion, coma
Overfilled: pitting oedema, raised JVP, basal crepitations,
tachypnoea
