Feedback Sessions
use

for individual sessions (a double session is 210mins long - 10mins for admin = 200mins for sessions >> if you have 25 students that gives 8mins per student / 7mins consulation & 1min turnaround)
start with
group/peer feedback
to help point out obvious fixes
move student to back of line
if they are not ready to see you e.g. "oh, i just have to wait for my laptop to go on..."
focus individual sessions
: provide them with a specific list of one/two things you want to discuss in individual sessions
Specific techniques
variety of activities
that cater for x4 student types
menu of activities
that allow students to work at their own pace (where individual feedback sessions are only one of menu items)
blended learning
(if you can, rather use 4min video than 4 pages of types text
feel free to change the class
seating arrangement
