Collaborate To Define A Vision, Core Values & Goals
The aim here is to develop a set of values and goals that will help teachers to achieve the vision that students and the community have for the school.
Involve stakeholders early in the vision-setting process to focus on reflection and discussion of core values and goals. This will ensure teachers start with a strong vision.
Also, establish learning communities within and among participating schools, as this will be critical to the success of your reform efforts.
Develop a supported vision for school change and define what 21st-century learning means within your local context
Teachers need to know how to communicate a clear and consistent vision as well as support new teaching approaches

Use Problem-Finding
Instead of problem-solving, teachers can help students look at the world by finding gaps to fill using problem-finding. Problem-finding is equivalent to problem discovery.
Problem-finding requires an intellectual and imaginative vision to seek out what might be missing or should be added to something important.

Technology
Mobile Technology – Smartphones and other mobile devices are increasingly used in education. Mobile apps let teachers conduct digital polls, enhance verbal and presentation skills, and incorporate technological skills with core competency lessons.
3D Learning – Kids enjoy 3D games and movies, so why not use this technology to help them learn? GEMS Modern Academy in Dubai does just this, providing students with a 3D lab that offers interactive multimedia presentations
Assisting Special Needs Students – Assistive technology is especially useful for students with learning disabilities. For example, phonetic spelling software helps dyslexic students and others with reading problems to convert words to the correct spelling.
