Structure - There is a large CBD which is home to banks, insurance and financial services, government offices and headquarters of large companies.
Inner city - here there is a mixture of housing. E.g some ageing apartment blocks and some high quality apartment buildings.
Further out - Complex pattern there is a mixture of industrial areas, luxury housing areas and areas of high density housing known as squatter settlements. This pattern has been created by industrialisation, population growth, income level, housing segregation and development transport.
