GH: reduced growth (children), central obesity, dry skin, weakness, ataxia, osteoporosis, hypoglycaemia
FSH/LH: oligomenorrhoea/amenorrhoea, infertility, reduced libido, breast atrophy, dyspareunia; ED, hypogonadism, osteoporosis
TSH: hypothyroidism
ACTH: hypoadrenalism
PRL: absent lactation
Mass effects: bitemporal hemianopia
